The E-Homebuying Forum comprises industry leaders who are frustrated with lack of progress in improving the home buying and selling process over the last ten years. We have the technology, the commercial nous and the political will to make the process better for buyers and sellers, but the initiatives introduced by government have not fully delivered on this potential.
We are working in collaboration with Government and industry groups to encourage the development of commercially viable initiatives that deliver "Faster Certainty" to homebuyers and sellers.
The E-Homebuying Forum first published its Blueprint for the Future of Homebuying in March 2009. The Blueprint sets out recommendations for improvements to the home buying an selling process that, if adopted, would bring greater efficiency, transparency and commitment to the process - ultimately bringing faster certainty to consumers.
